It was critical that Azur Design and Marketing first understood the particular and individual needs of Goodman & Lilley when developing a specialized marketing process tailored for Estate Agents. A customer journey plan was defined that began with highlighting both where and how potential customers would first become aware of Goodman & Lilley and how they would then be guided, and proceed smoothly, through the many stages of the sales process to instructing and then successfully selling their home. This process highlighted exactly where exisiting marketing materials would need to be enhanced and where new pieces needed creating to support each stage of the journey.

This set the tone for the brand and business position that was then carried across into all forms of press advertising, creating stand out and quality perception to potential vendors and purchasers alike.

Developing a Sales Brochure that Increases Instructions

It was identified that the creation of a high quality Sales Brochure that could be presented and then left with potential vendors at valuations and meetings was a critical part of the sales process in winning new instructions. A brochure was designed and written that would clearly differentiate itself from the usual folders or stapled A4 sheets that the competition were seen to be using. This piece showcases Goodman & Lilley's fresh approach to selling homes as well as their innovative property marketing expertise and clearly states the true customer service levels that set them apart from the competition.

Showcasing the Value of Both Property and The Business

High quality, professional level property particulars were designed and developed that really showcase each property to its maximum, as well as that of the Goodman & Lilley brand. By working closely with DezRez at every stage of the design and production process a suite of particulars have been created that can be easily produced in house, yet possess the look and quality of a professional design team!
